As a newer teacher, I had a difficult time acquiring a variety of beginner friendly books. As they've grown their interest in reading, they have been more vocal over their interests and recommendations.\r\n\r\nWhen ordering books, I try to take into account these interests to ensure that they are entertained. The challenge has been finding leveled books that accommodate my students present levels. My students vary in ages from 4 to 7, and as some may know catching the attention of this age range can be hard. Your contributions helped supply these students that revolve around trying our best, embracing differences, and accepting making mistakes.\r\nWithin my classroom, I support students in strengthening their comprehension skills and abilities to identify main events within stories. The books chosen have been able to grab their attention through their colorful illustrations, silly characters, and relatable topics.
