It means so much to know that there are people out there who care about teachers and students they have never even met. Knowing that others believe in what we do every day and want to support our classroom was truly heartwarming.\r\n\r\nThanks to your generosity, our classroom received literacy manipulatives and books that my preschoolers absolutely love. The day the materials arrived, one of my students was so excited to check out all the \"new stuff.\" He couldn't wait to see what was in the boxes and wanted to explore everything right away! Seeing their excitement made my day.\r\n\r\nMany of my students have special needs and can struggle to stay focused and engaged during learning activities. The hands-on literacy games and manipulatives have helped make learning fun and interactive. My students are much more motivated to participate when they can touch, move, sort, and play while learning important literacy skills. The books have also become favorites during circle time and independent reading.\r\n\r\nBecause of your support, my students have access to engaging materials that help them learn, grow, and build confidence. It may seem like books and games, but to us, they are tools that help create meaningful learning experiences every day.\r\n\r\nThank you for supporting our classroom and for believing in our students. Your kindness has made a real difference, and we are so thankful for your generosity.","fullyFundedDate":1770157170755,"projectUrl":"project/growing-minds-through-movement-and-readi/9851766/","projectTitle":"Growing Minds through Movement and Reading!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Traci","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10326331_orig.jpg?crop=1278,1278,x136,y126&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1761088729374","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10326331"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_45438","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":293,"numTeachers":66,"percentFrplEligible":21,"percentAsian":2,"percentBlack":10,"percentWhite":70,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":13,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","percentHawaiianImputed":0,"percentMultiracialImputed":3,"gradesServed":"Not specified","studentTeacherRatio":"4.4:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":false,"titleOne":false,"metroType":"TOWN","ncesMetroType":"RURAL_FRINGE"},"inStateSupporters":64.4,"schoolId":45438,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Sussex Consortium on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Sussex Consortium","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/delaware/cape-henlopen-school-district/sussex-consortium/45438"}
