Our new classroom charger cache has made a difference in classroom flow and how consistently and confidently students can connect to our digital learning activities and learning platforms. Many of our donors know how important it is to keep technology powered at home, and in school it's no different—students rely on their Chromebooks for research, accessing online texts, interactive lessons, and completing online simulations and assignments. Now that chargers are available right in the classroom, where they're needed, students are able to stay connected to their learning activities without interruption. This has made our lessons run more smoothly and has allowed students to fully participate whether or not they arrive to class with a charged Chromebook. \r\n\r\nStudents can dive into their work right away without worrying that their Chromebook will die in the middle of something important. They enjoy being able to move through online tasks at their own pace—whether it's exploring a new science concept through a simulation or virtual science lab, practicing Spanish grammar through online language games, or creating a presentation for Alaska History.
