We have collaborated with a six grader that knows a lot about 3D printing to help us print names and shapes. The students enjoy watching the designs get built. We've had to trouble shoot a little and learn about the settings on the machine. \r\n\r\nSome second graders have told me that they also want a 3d printer at their own house now. We have learned about and worked with the program, Tinkercad. Two students worked in a before school club with the Tinkercad program, so they were able to show the class how it works and what you can design with it. Thanks for providing the 3D printer and filament, so our class could explore and be creative in order to print different objects.
