There is enough humor to keep kids entertained, but it still touches on serious and important topics in American History!\r\n\r\nI have been teaching this book for years. My class set was a set of paperbacks and they were simply falling apart! I will attach a picture of some of the old ones!! These hard backs should last my classes for YEARS!!\r\n\r\nI love being able to hook kids into reading exciting and engaging books and this book has proven to be one of those book!! Our girls wrestling team is so new that we do not have a lot of extra supplies to help those that are needing assistance in getting equipment (especially wrestling shoes). Any shoes that the school does have are usually larger sizes that have been donated from the boys team. Having smaller sized shoes just for our girls will help so much in offsetting the cost of participating in girls wrestling.\r\n\r\nLast year we had many girls who were wearing shoes that didn't quite fit correctly (mainly too big), so receiving these four, smaller sized shoes will be a tremendous blessing for our girls.
