The items you purchased included puzzles, books. games and toy bugs, snakes and lizards. These items have given me the means to provide a learning experience that was visual, auditory and tactile, as well as allowed my students to learn through play. \r\n My students have learned vocabulary, life cycles, answering questions, practiced turn taking and social skills, as well as sorting and categories. I saw so many smiles and heard laughter from them and I am thankful to you for giving me the materials to enact these lessons. Before this donation, we had only two wobble stools, which often led to disagreements and required a rotation schedule. Thanks to you, each student now has their own stretchy band attached to their desk or chair, giving them a healthy outlet for their extra energy.\r\n\r\nMy calmer students appreciate these resources as well, since their active neighbors are far less distracting. When needed, students can also choose to move to the floor using one of our new flexible seating options. They love stretching out on the carpet with their desk trays or relaxing in comfy flex seating while working independently or enjoying fluency time with a good book.\r\n\r\nThese new opportunities allow students to move more freely, stretch their legs, and stay focused on instruction and their work. Not only does this benefit their minds and bodies, but it fills my teacher heart, too. The new rolling carts for instruments have made a tremendous difference in the way our students learn, play, and care for their musical tools. Before, the heavy instruments were stored on shelves or on the floors, which made setup and cleanup time-consuming and limited how often students could explore different sounds. Now, with the rolling carts, instruments are organized, accessible, and easy to move, which is allowing us to spend more time making music and less time managing logistics.\r\n\r\nYour donation has directly improved the daily experience of every student in our classroom. The students are now taking ownership of their learning by helping transport and organize instruments safely, building responsibility and teamwork. Most importantly, this gift supports a more inclusive and joyful music environment where every student can quickly access the tools they need to create, collaborate, and express themselves through music.
