When students first saw the the bean bags they were excited for they were anticipating the arrival. As stated before our flexible seating carry various benefits in the classroom. They support small group work, the quiet corner and more. Students often use them in small group settings to complete work and preferential seating when not occupied. \r\n\r\nCreating a social emotional awareness space and culture is important when working in an alternative school. The biggest takeaway is seeing students using kindness to request for the bags. Also, they are problem solving that allows all to experience the bean bags without conflict.
