These books are invaluable resources for our students and have significantly enriched our nonfiction book club unit. We've been able to use them to teach important lessons on accountable talk, helping students learn how to have respectful and productive conversations about what they're reading. Your books have also allowed us to introduce a wider variety of texts, which has been particularly useful for teaching non-fiction reading strategies like identifying main ideas and citing evidence. Your contribution has truly made a difference in how we approach literacy education.\r\n\r\nOur students love coming to book clubs, and your books have played a huge part in making them so engaging. They've discovered that reading can be both fun and interactive, and they're excited to see their reading skills improve with each book they read. We are so grateful for your support and for helping us create a dynamic and enriching learning environment where every student has access to quality books. Thank you again for your kindness and generosity.","fullyFundedDate":1742932418031,"projectUrl":"project/real-reads-real-impact/9171193/","projectTitle":"Real Reads, Real Impact","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Milosavljevic","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp3529985_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1526936066873","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/ms-giotta"},{"teacherId":1746441,"projectId":9182778,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for your generous support in supplying reeds and string mutes to my middle school instrumental music program. Your contributions have made a significant impact on our students' learning experiences. With the new reeds, students are now able to practice instrument maintenance effectively, ensuring they have the right tools to improve their sound quality. The string mutes have allowed them to tackle more challenging pieces without disturbing others, enhancing their ability to work on difficult music.\r\n\r\nWhen my students first saw the materials, their excitement was palpable. They immediately gathered around, eager to test out the reeds and string mutes. It was a moment of pure joy, as they recognized how these resources would elevate their rehearsals and performances. Your gift of a color printer has already made a world of difference in my Yearbook class, and I wanted to share with you how profoundly it's impacted my students' learning experience.\r\n\r\nBefore receiving this printer the yearbook pages had to be printed on the staff printer, on the other side of the school. Students would have to wait until the next day for me to get their copies back from the printer. This led to frustration, a sense of disconnect between their creative vision and the final product, and a delay in the process. They couldn't truly see their work in the moment.\r\n\r\nNow, thanks to your kindness, that's all changed. The color printer has become an integral part of our classroom, a tool that empowers my students in real time. As they design, they can now print their pages in color, instantly bringing their layouts to life. The change has been remarkable. They can see exactly how their design choices translate into a finished page, allowing them to make informed decisions about color palettes, image placement, and overall composition.\r\n\r\nYour gift has not only provided us with a valuable piece of equipment, but it has also given my students something far more precious: the opportunity to see their creative dreams take shape in real time. It's allowed them to connect with their work on a deeper level and to truly understand the impact of their design choices. For that, and for your belief in our students, I am eternally grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1733240594342,"projectUrl":"project/help-yearbook-with-a-color-printer/8964960/","projectTitle":"Help Yearbook With a Color Printer!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Gross","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8991768_orig.jpg?crop=640,640,x0,y55&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1732477055736","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/8991768"},{"teacherId":5115234,"projectId":8919767,"letterContent":"Thank you for the materials that made our science lessons more hands-on and active!
