The creativity in our classroom absolutely exploded! Students were sketching, problem-solving, collaborating, and proudly bringing their ideas to life.\r\n\r\nThe parade took place the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, and the excitement was unbelievable. As our third graders marched down the hallway, the entire school lined the halls cheering, clapping, and celebrating their hard work. Their eyes lit up as they saw younger students waving, teachers smiling, and the whole school coming together to share in this joyful moment. It was pure magic.\r\n\r\nEvery student created a unique balloon float, and they couldn't wait to show them off. A few favorites included the beautifully crafted 6/7 balloon and a trio inspired by How the Grinch Stole Christmas—the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, and Max—which were crowd favorites!\r\n\r\nYour support didn't just provide craft supplies—it helped create a powerful learning experience where literacy, art, engineering, and imagination came together. Students learned about Tony Sarg, the history of the Macy's parade, and the creative engineering behind giant balloons.
