We use the snacks during learning blocks, testing days, and times when focus and energy can dip. Having snacks readily available has helped students stay engaged, regulate their emotions, and participate more fully in lessons without the distraction of hunger.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the snacks, their faces lit up with excitement and relief. Several students expressed how grateful they were, and it created an instant sense of care and community in our classroom. Knowing their needs are seen and supported has boosted both morale and trust.\r\n\r\nWith this support in place, our next steps include continuing hands-on lessons and small-group work where focus and collaboration are essential. Because students are more comfortable and attentive, we're able to dive deeper into current lessons and maximize our learning time. Thank you for giving my students more than snacks—you've given them the ability to learn with confidence, comfort, and dignity.","fullyFundedDate":1763498169666,"projectUrl":"project/snack-time-support-for-extraordinary-lea/9871312/","projectTitle":"Snack Time Support for Extraordinary Learners","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Ty","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9773773_orig.jpg?crop=1242,1242,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1727052690542","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9773773"},{"teacherId":6198772,"projectId":9693591,"letterContent":"These donated diverse books help my middle school students see themselves reflected in stories while also learning about lives, cultures, and perspectives different from their own.
