They also made models of our own planet, showing the layers and describing the function of each.\r\nFourth grade has innovated products to help enrich the lives of others. The photo shows students who designed a nature-oriented neighborhood and one who is trying to improve upon a conveyor belt.\r\nSecond graders worked on conserving water, either by creating apparatus for cleaning polluted water or designing systems to reduce the amount of pollution in our waterways.\r\nKindergarten is learning about masters in art. With the resources provided, students were able to learn volleyball skills, practice them, and explore their abilities in volleyball. Some students really found a passion for it and wanted to get better at it and always wanted to correct their practice. \r\n\r\nStudents were really excited to recieve new volleyballs and knee pads to practice their skills. Some students asked for permission to take them home to continue their practice throughout the week. They also enjoy the fast drying liquid watercolor paints. They manage the liquid watercolor paint better than regular watercolor paint. The new paint brushes work well also and the students love how precise the brushes makes their paintings.
