We use it daily to store healthy snacks, drinks, and even ingredients for simple classroom cooking projects. Having the refrigerator available has made it possible to keep items fresh, which has allowed us to expand hands-on learning in meaningful ways.\r\n\r\nWhen the refrigerator first arrived, the students were so excited! They couldn't believe that we now had one in our classroom just for them! Many of them peeked inside and immediately started sharing ideas of what they hoped we could store in it. Their reactions showed me how much they value having access to resources that support both their learning and their daily needs.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we plan to use the refrigerator in upcoming lessons where students will observe how different foods stay fresh over time compared to when they are left out. We are also planning more cooking-based projects to tie in math lessons on measurement and fractions.
