When I originally made my list, I was working with first grade babies. I have moved up to working with 3 grade babies. Since I am working with older kids they have been working with reading paragraphs for EOGs. The highlighters have come in handy for them as they use them to go back and highlight where they have found their answers in the paragraph.\r\n\r\nStarting the new year, kids usually go through pencils very quickly. With that being said, the pack of pencils came in handy because each day many of my students need a new pencil. They are continuously writing paragraphs with their pencils. \r\n\r\nThe laminate paper has allowed me to keep materials for the students to use more than one time. This helps the students to review materials they have already learned because they are not throwing away the paper. \r\n\r\nWhen my babies saw the materials they were so excited that all the items were donated to us.
