Having the necessary materials readily available allowed them to focus on learning, explaining their thinking, and helping one another.\r\n\r\nThe students were incredibly excited and appreciative when they first saw the new materials. Students have learned how to connect various instruments and microphones to the mixer in addition to how to mix a live events sound so that the audience hears the best possible performance. Several students have expressed an interest in diving further into live sound mixing as well as electronic music and composition by being able to use this new piece of technology in our classroom.
