We are using them to organize our math manipulatives so students can easily see and access the materials they need without having to search through large storage containers. The bins are also being used to store our indoor games, which the students are enjoying during indoor recess days. Having everything clearly organized makes clean-up quick and easy, while also teaching students responsibility and independence. These simple storage solutions are helping us make the most of our small classroom space while keeping learning materials organized and accessible.\r\n Since the cubbies arrived at the beginning of the school year, most of my former students did not get to see the transformation of our classroom. However, the impact of this project has reached beyond my own classroom. The new cubbies have not only made a difference in how we organize and use our space, but they have also inspired other teachers to create their own projects to improve their classrooms. It has been exciting to see how one project can spark ideas and encourage others to find creative ways to make their learning spaces more organized, functional, and inviting for their students.\r\n Now that our classroom is more organized, our next step is to continue using our math manipulatives whenever possible to make math more interactive and hands-on for our students. Having these materials easily accessible will allow us to incorporate them into our lessons more often and give students opportunities to learn by doing. We have plans for other classroom projects in the future, but for now, we are incredibly appreciative of the generous donations we received for this project.
