These supplies have been a huge hit in my classroom. The calming tent is everything that I hoped it would be. A nice quiet area in my classroom where my students can go when they need a break. I was able to put a beanbag chair inside with some quiet toys. \r\n\r\nOther items that I have received are the Montessori toys which are a nice addition to our play, the letter magnets and the jelly blocks! My students love building and crunching the different blocks and I am already thinking about adding to our class collection. \r\n\r\nWe absolutely love the sensory tables. These have been perfect for students to work at! They have already been used many times. We have filled them with \"puffle\" material and students had to seek and find items. We have also filled them with Halloween themed dried and colored rice where students were able to scoop, pour, and dig through the rice for Halloween items! The preschoolers have enjoyed sorting by color using the pom poms and cups. To enhance this activity, I add in the scooper and tweezers to work on their fine motor skills. The penguins and polar bears are in the sensory table with fake snow and igloos. My students have really enjoyed all the materials that were purchased. When we work on our literacy skill students have LOVED the alphabet game where they have to reach into a box and pull out an object, say the object, and match it to the correct letter.
