We have presented a one act play this fall for the community and competition. At the regional one act festival, we were the 2nd place in technical theater, and we ranked 4th at the contest, narrowly missing a slot at the state festival. We have also had acting students present in multiple online performances this fall as part of the National Speech & Debate Association Springboard series of performances. As a team we have earned over 300 honor society points from these performances. Skiatook also began performing in other online contests this fall such as the JHS Online and the NJSDA Online. We have been involved in two live interscholastic meets and won 2nd place team at Broken Arrow and 1st place team award at Bishop Kelley. We have added 26 new members and ranks to the NSDA honor society which places Skiatook as the 3rd fasting growing team in our District standings. We were selected by the NSDA to receive a matching grant for entry fees and judging fees out of 200 applications nationwide. We want to thank you for your support, we have been able to find script for spring performance and have even begun to share scripts with the middle school drama class.
