The excitement is contagious, boosting student engagement across the entire building.\r\n\r\nThese trophies are much more than awards; they are powerful symbols that foster a culture of excellence and strong citizenship. We are currently utilizing these awards monthly to highlight performance, exemplary behavior, and emerging leadership. For example, in the third grade, a class used the list of D.I.V.E. behaviors to create a collaborative \"Excellence\" wall, showing how each student strives to meet the criteria needed for selection. This has created sustained motivation that is rippling through every aspect of their educational journey and contributing directly to our positive school climate goals.\r\n\r\nThe next steps for this project involve extending the reach of this positive reinforcement.
