I work with students in various grade levels and like to imitate routine of the general education classroom, such as siting on the carpet to have turn and talk discussions. The dry erase board would provide visual support for written tasks for my older students. Currently my classroom does not have a functional writing board. It is always important to provide the students with enriching language activities. Lastly, during small group many of my students would benefit from increased visual stimuli to pair with words due to their difficulty with reading and comprehension. It would help a great deal using tablets to incorporate in their learning.
