The chairs have created a warm, inviting reading environment that motivates students to spend more time with books and encourages a greater love of reading.\r\n\r\nStudents are showing longer periods of sustained attention during independent reading and quiet learning activities because they are more comfortable and relaxed. The flexible seating option has been especially beneficial for students who struggle to stay focused while sitting at traditional desks for extended periods of time. The bean bag chairs help students feel calm, secure, and ready to learn.\r\n\r\nIn addition, the chairs have supported positive classroom behavior, increased student engagement, and encouraged independence during literacy centers and reading time.
