Because of your support, we were able to purchase snacks and materials to create positive referral incentives and goodie bags for our students—resources that have already made a meaningful impact.\r\n\r\nOn our campus, we are using these items as part of our positive behavior and recognition system. When students demonstrate kindness, responsibility, or go above and beyond academically, they receive a positive referral along with a small goodie bag. One memorable moment occurred when a student who had been struggling with engagement was recognized for helping a classmate. The pride on their face when receiving that recognition, and a small reward, was truly powerful. Since then, we've seen an increase in students encouraging one another and striving to make positive choices.\r\n\r\nWhen students first saw the materials, their excitement was immediate. They were eager, motivated, and genuinely inspired by the idea that their positive actions would be noticed and celebrated. It created a ripple effect on campus, where students began setting goals for themselves and holding each other accountable in a supportive way.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we plan to continue building on this momentum by integrating these incentives into ongoing classroom goals tied to both academic achievement and social-emotional learning. Students are currently working on collaborative projects that emphasize teamwork, communication, and perseverance. As they reach milestones, they will continue to earn recognition through our positive referral system. Our goal is to foster not only strong academic skills but also a campus culture rooted in kindness, respect, and motivation.\r\n\r\nYour generosity has helped us create an environment where students feel valued, encouraged, and excited to learn.
