Having new, consistently working flashlights has made learning smooth, uninterrupted and fun!\r\n\r\nWe are knee deep in learning about artificial/natural light, shadows, and vocabulary like transparent, translucent and opaque which helps us learn about light! We first used the flashlights to explore and then we held up different objects to see if light passes through the objects. We will add in mirrors and learn how we can move the light of the flashlight to bounce onto different objects! We will wrap up the unit learning about the sun and moon and how they are connected to light.\r\n\r\nThank you again for the generous donation. Whiteboard erasers, mirrors, clipboards, and pouches all help us stay organized and support our math and phonics lessons.
