Starting fresh in a new district and a new grade has been such a big step, and the materials that were so graciously purchased through donors choose have truly made the transition smoother and so much more exciting for myself and my students. Every day, I get to watch them explore, play, and learn with the resources you all generously provided, and it has made such a difference in our classroom. \r\nFor example, the Imagination Builder Tree House from Lakeshore has been a huge hit. It is one of the most used items during inside recess and free time. Students also love building their name using the connecting letter blocks. Seeing the excitement and confidence on their faces as they find the letters to spell out their names has been such a special milestone. We are also so thankful for our new mailboxes, having a place to put our folders and other paperwork, which helps our routines run smoothly from start to finish. We also have learned essential kindergarten lessons from the new book additions to our classroom library.","fullyFundedDate":1746785627848,"projectUrl":"project/help-me-prepare-for-my-kindergarten-adve/9308907/","projectTitle":"Help Me Prepare for My Kindergarten Adventure!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Dockery","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9974928_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1746161006229","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9974928"}],"pageName":"schoolpage_29556","usesDonorsChoose":true,"infoPageType":"school","demographicsInfo":{"numStudents":398,"numTeachers":25,"percentFrplEligible":95,"percentAsian":0,"percentBlack":73,"percentWhite":6,"percentIndigenous":0,"percentLatinx":11,"showFreeAndReducedPriceLunchInfo":true,"showDemographicsInfo":true,"sourceTooltipString":"the National Center for Education Statistics","gradesServed":"K - 8","studentTeacherRatio":"15.9:1","demographicsDataSource":"MDR School","equityFocus":true,"titleOne":true,"metroType":"SUBURBAN","ncesMetroType":"SUBURB_LARGE"},"inStateSupporters":27.7,"schoolId":29556,"financialInfo":null,"twitterShareText":"Learn more about Sandridge Elementary School on @DonorsChoose:","schoolName":"Sandridge Elementary School","canonicalPageUrl":"schools/illinois/sandridge-school-district-172/sandridge-school/29556"}
