Your donations have made it possible for every student in the club to receive their own copy of the book, ensuring that all students can fully engage in the experience.\r\nAn especially meaningful part of the program is that each group has the opportunity to choose which book they want to read. Students are deeply invested in this process and take great pride in having a voice in their learning. They are also able to decorate their own copies, creating a sense of ownership and personal connection to the book that makes reading even more engaging.\r\nHaving their own book allows students to read at home, annotate, reflect, and come prepared to share ideas and questions. For many students, this was their first experience taking art photos and learning about different types of photography. Students had a \"Boardwalk Photo Challenge\" of landscape, wide angle, portrait, macro, Lens Ball, streetscapes, black and white, silhouette, shadow, reflection, bird's eye and ant's view photography. \r\n\r\nMany of the students do not own cell phones so they were extremely grateful for the digital cameras.
