I'm very appreciative of your donations to help my classroom.\r\nWe use the easel paper for anchor charts to start our learning and to reflect on during the unit. The kids loved the bright yellow color instead of white. It really caught their attention. They were surprised that it could stick and restick! And I won't have to spend time at the end of the year pulling staples out of the wall!\r\nWe've integrated the gadgets and fidgets into my \"peaceful place\" of the classroom where upset kids can choose from the variety offered, set the 3 minute timer, sit against the bean bag, practice their breathing to make themselves calm down and get ready to rejoin the class. \r\nThe dough was a big hit too! We've used them at the beginning of our day during soft start, during math creating numbers and flat shapes, and at the end of the day during purposeful play. We will continue to use these gifts as described above for the rest of the year.
