They love when they get time for STEM centered play. Although we don't call the materials toys, but instead we call them tools. The time is spent building, designing, and collaborating. Students are actually having fun at school while learning.\r\n\r\nDuring STEM centered play, I can see the learning happening when they build models and explain what they have made. Sometimes they work on following an example and sometimes they get creative and create their own structures. The materials have helped the students develop skills like fine motor coordination and problem solving.
