These supplies have truly made a difference in all my students' school experiences.\r\n\r\nThe scissors and caddies made the first week a huge hit! I loved getting to watch my kids learn about how to use our supplies and keep them organized in their caddy. We are still working on it, but considering it is only the third week I would say these kids are doing great!\r\n\r\nI have loved getting to set up reading and math stations using the dry erase pockets and clipboards. This makes it easy to reuse papers and take them around the classroom. One of our classroom favorites is the number practice station!\r\n\r\nWe just started using iPads for intervention this week, and the headphones have helped so much! I love seeing them work hard on letters, sounds, and numbers on our digital platforms. \r\n\r\nThe first few weeks of Kindergarten can be rough, but your contribution has truly helped these kids (and myself) have a great start to the school year.","fullyFundedDate":1753472672436,"projectUrl":"project/new-year-new-supplies-same-big-dreams/9485654/","projectTitle":"New Year, New Supplies, Same Big Dreams!","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. McCann","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp9570137_orig.jpg?crop=3072,3072,x0,y532&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1718485705916","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/9570137"},{"teacherId":48785,"projectId":9260791,"letterContent":"I am deeply grateful for your generous contribution of supplies to our classroom. My students have utilized both of these resources often!\r\n\r\nI loved getting to see the kids engaging in our math and reading lessons using their whiteboard markers. They allowed students to solve problems, write answers, and hold their writing up to help me assess their understanding. They took really good care of these markers, and I am able to continue to use them going into this new school year!\r\n\r\nThe mailbox has been a game changer in my classroom. Students stopped at their mailbox each day to collect their papers and put them in their backpack. This allowed papers to actually make it home (as much as possible) and gave me better organization when papers needed to go home with specific students. Parents and families also appreciated the increased amount of papers that made it home!\r\n\r\nI look forward to using both of these items this year in Kindergarten. Our meet the teacher day was yesterday, and I had multiple students looking at the supplies with wide eyes.
