My space and expectations spread from my classroom to the hallways. I am responsible for the school's culture and climate. My role is bigger than most understand and yet because I am not licensed I have to creatively influence the adults in the building to see value in building equity within our students. My room and hallway are refreshing to students and I haven't put up everything yet.
