My class used all their deductive skills to solve multiple classroom mysteries. Their first challenge was to solve the Mystery of the Hot Chocolate. They had to use all their reading skills to get clues to unlock the next clue. They had to alphabetize words to make a picture, sort words by word sound families, and read and sequence the events. Eventually that led to the treasure chest that was filled with detective tools, like decoder pens, paper and magnifying glasses. \r\n We then used the magnifying glasses to read words, and solve math problems. Then we ended the day with another \"who dunit\" challenge. The kids had to solve several different math challenges, we even played a game of guess who, to eliminate suspects. The students light up when they hear the printer running and rush over to watch it in action, amazed as their designs slowly take shape. What once felt like something out of a science fiction movie is now part of their everyday learning, and it has sparked so much curiosity, wonder, and joy.\r\nThis 3D printer is helping students connect creativity with problem solving as they design, build, and revise their projects. They are learning patience as they wait for prints to finish, teamwork as they share ideas, and confidence as they see their thoughts come to life. You have given them a powerful way to explore STEM concepts at a young age while having fun and staying engaged.\r\nThank you for believing in my students and investing in their future. These desks are especially valuable during STEM projects, when students need space to build models, use tablets or laptops, and record data from experiments. The flexibility of these desks allows learning to feel natural and accessible for every child.\r\nWith these rolling desks, students who struggle to sit still can remain part of group activities, move closer to the teacher when they need extra support, and collaborate more easily with their peers. Having four mobile desks means multiple students can work at the same time in flexible spaces around the room, supporting focus, creativity, and teamwork.\r\nBecause of you, our classroom is becoming a place that adapts to students' needs rather than expecting students to adapt to the furniture.
