The trombone received replaced a difficult to use instrument allowing the student to experience playing an instrument with joy instead of frustration. \r\n\r\nThe cleaning supplies were used by students on our instrument maintenance day. The sounds of disgust as students realized how dirty and slimy the inside of the instruments had gotten provided for many chuckles from percussion students as they watched the swabs being pulled through the slides. For the past semester students were using the cardboard boxes as a makeshift case to keep the guitars protected in movement and storage. These were not very form fitting and the guitars moved in the boxes. \r\n\r\nWhen the bags arrived the students quickly got to work unboxing the guitars and utilizing the new bags. This also allowed for storage of student music in the front pocket of the guitar bags.
