Thank you for giving my students this experience. When the lights go out now the cafeteria comes to life with the Starry Night. The students began learning about Van Gogh. Students studied his work and the movement of his work. We began planning our starry night and painting with watercolor on \"real watercolor paper\". Students love the new brushes and how easy they were to use and clean. Next, we setup a dark area to use the black lights. Students painted with the neon paint and could go to the dark room to check out their work. Last, students got to frame their artwork. Students go to go through the whole painting process with the needed materials. One student said \"now I'm a real artist\". \r\n The students saw for the first time all of their creations under the black lights. You could hear them all of the school with the excitement. The buzz at the school is all about the Starry Night. This is so exciting, most kids, teacher or administrators have never seen anything like it. \r\n I can't wait to show you what it looks like. You made this happen by supporting my classroom. THANK YOU. I had another grant funded last week and we will begin 3D Printing. I have one more grant on the site if you feel you could support it.
