The students used the mini story pieces to retell important parts of the story and to discuss the story with one another. \r\n\r\nWe really enjoyed learning about Valentine's day and creating cards for a local senior center. I shared the news with my class and a few shared they started making their own cards to mail to a senior in their own family. \r\n\r\nMy students loved making the cards and wanted to make another set of cards to celebrate spring and send well wishes to the senior center again.
