We were able to provide snacks, arts and crafts, and an effective learning environment with your donations. The snacks had the biggest impact. I know that sounds silly, but it is true. I work with students with disabilities. Having snacks throughout the day is essential for some of them, as it helps regulate their moods. Some parents do not have the funds to provide their student with snacks every day. Without your support, these students probably would not have had that. As teachers, we do not make much. I spend a significant amount of money on my classroom and students every year, and I am happy to do so when I can. However, there are times when I cannot. Your support not only has an impact on the students but on all teachers who are supported through this program.
