You allowed my after school program to have such a fun Valentine's Day. They LOVED the small stuffed animals, gel pens, and the candy especially. \r\n\r\nThe class decorated their Vday bags the week before, and I filled them with all of the goodies. Like my project said, I put hearts with their names on them all around the gym, and they had to find their own heart. I had another teacher hide mine, and I was one of the last ones to find my heart haha. After they made a heart shape with themselves, they completed the word search with help from their friends. They solved the riddle individually, and then they grabbed their bag from the wall! They ended up trading their stuffed animals with each other (they each got two), and were stamping each other's hands with the markers. One of them shared their prizes with their siblings!\r\n\r\nWith the warm weather coming up, I am hoping to do some science experiments with the kids outside! We tried elephant toothpaste, and it wasn't a huge success haha, so I'm hoping to find something with a greater wow factor. We will also be planting flowers in small pots for Mother's Day! \r\n\r\nI couldn't have done this without you guys.
