I can't thank you enough for helping me build my costuming program and building my costume design studio. We now have two dress form mannequins that will help us greatly when creating costumes. And we now have more tools to help us with our creations. The students specifically love the new fabric weights. We have been using pin magnets in place of the weights since last year. We are so glad we have official fabric weights now. \r\n\r\nMy advanced students are learning so much and love to sew costumes. They stay after school and love working on their pieces. We just learned how to make halter dresses and will learn how to make formal vests next. They are having a lot of fun in our class. \r\n\r\nMy beginner students have mastered their hand sewing skills, and are now learning how to make skirts for Barbie sized models. I am very proud of their growth in just three months into the school year. I couldn't have done it without your help. Our costume room is shared with the entire theater department, so rehearsals take place in that room, as well as all the theater studio classes. With so many students near our delicate machines, we want to ensure they remain safe when our class is not in session.
