Your support brought so much excitement to my students with autism. The moment the stepping stones, sensory tunnel, balance beam, wall sensory panels, and compression vest arrived, their faces lit up with joy and curiosity. One student immediately crawled through the tunnel with a huge smile, while another began balancing on the beam with growing confidence. These materials have quickly become essential parts of our sensory routines, helping students regulate their bodies and engage more fully in classroom activities.\r\n\r\nWe've already incorporated the items into a themed obstacle course project, where students practice taking turns, following directions, and developing gross motor skills. The sensory wall has become a daily favorite for calming breaks, while the compression vest has helped one of our students stay focused during morning work. As we move into our next unit, we'll be using these resources to support a \"Movement and My Body\" theme—teaching students about body awareness, emotions, and self-regulation. Your kindness has truly transformed our space, and we are deeply grateful.","fullyFundedDate":1741152762139,"projectUrl":"project/sensory-toys-for-sensory-kids/8981544/","projectTitle":"Sensory Toys for Sensory kids","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Kim Eder Harrigan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/272x272/tp2130352_272x272.jpg?width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1536411402948","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/keder"},{"teacherId":2529657,"projectId":9110333,"letterContent":"Color us happy!
