They were so happy to have the school pantry meals during the long holiday. Other students were encouraged and excited to help prepare the food pantry \"care package bags\" of meals to share food and snacks with their classmates and the little ones (Kindergarten-Grade 5) at one of our school off-sites at P.S. 100 experiencing food insecurity. \r\n\r\nFinally, the students and teachers were so glad to help prepare large boxes of food and meals for some families living in a shelter from another school offsite to enjoy during the December break from school! They have written their letters to you that will be sent out soon and have said thank you so many times. Thank you for years of new lessons I can make from these wonderful fun books! I can not thank you enough! Reading during my sessions can be difficult with the deaf and hard of hearing, reading has to be repeated many times and background noises can affect that.
