Here at our school, our students with severe autistic disorder learn everything from how to tie their shoes and button their shirts, up to complex algebraic equations. Because we believe our special needs students deserve the same access to education as neuro-typical children, we have worked hard to build a thriving music and arts program, too! Many of our students can't speak, while some have perfect pitch and can sing their hearts out. Some of our nonverbal students can't speak or read, but they can play the drums! Some students have physical disabilities, but every year, we create choreography on multiple levels so all students can attempt to dance! It truly is a magical place for our kids!
