Your donations have helped me add great books to my library that I intend to use to work directly with students and classes to educate them on the topic of bullying. I have already started to use the little spot books to help students with emotional regulation, and they love using the emotion spots that I already had in my office with the new books. \r\n\r\nThe new game that I was able to purchase with your donation has been a big hit with the students! They don't even realize they are practicing important skills such as conversation, questioning, and executive functioning. \r\n\r\nI really appreciate your support in helping my students access materials to support their social emotional learning.","fullyFundedDate":1767029227797,"projectUrl":"project/social-skills-and-regulation/9817560/","projectTitle":"Social skills and regulation","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Coyle","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://cdn.donorschoose.net/images/placeholder-avatars/272/teacher-placeholder-6_272.png?auto=webp","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/476190"},{"teacherId":10226342,"projectId":9742339,"letterContent":"The new resources have quickly become an integral part of our daily classroom routines. The rug spots give students a clear, comfortable space to gather for whole-group instruction, and they have been especially helpful during morning meetings and read-alouds. One memorable moment was during a collaborative storytelling lesson, when students sat on their rug spots facing the large white board and eagerly volunteered ideas as we mapped out a story together. The white board has also transformed instruction by allowing for real-time modeling, student problem-solving, and interactive discussions, while the baskets keep materials organized and easily accessible so students can work more independently.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, their excitement was immediate and heartfelt. They were especially thrilled by the rug spots, proudly finding \"their\" places and settling in with a sense of ownership and responsibility. Several students commented on how organized the room felt, and they were eager to help sort supplies into the baskets. The white board drew instant attention as well, with students asking when they could write on it and share their thinking with the class.\r\n\r\nAs we move forward, students are using these resources to support a literacy unit focused on writing and revising personal narratives. The next steps include small-group brainstorming sessions on the rug, drafting ideas on the white board, and using the organized baskets to access writing tools and mentor texts. These materials continue to support engagement, collaboration, and independence, helping create a classroom environment where students feel comfortable, focused, and excited to learn.","fullyFundedDate":1758899056188,"projectUrl":"project/cozy-corners-for-creative-thinkers/9742339/","projectTitle":"Cozy Corners for Creative Thinkers","teacherDisplayName":"Ms. Alfarhan","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp10226342_orig.jpg?crop=1:1,smart&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1758944003749","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/10226342"},{"teacherId":8564110,"projectId":9755010,"letterContent":"In my classroom, creativity and imagination is key. While many of our donors may use similar tools at home, the way we use this technology in school allows students to strengthen essential academic and critical-thinking skills. They are able to access interactive lessons, collaborate with peers in real time, and receive immediate feedback that helps them understand concepts more deeply. This has not only improved their confidence but has also helped them stay focused and excited about participating in class each day.\r\n\r\nWhat excites our students the most is the opportunity to take ownership of their learning. They love exploring new features, using hands-on applications, and discovering creative ways to demonstrate their understanding. Several students who were previously hesitant to participate have truly blossomed—one student who often struggled to stay engaged now eagerly volunteers to use the technology during lessons, while another who is usually quiet has started producing impressive digital projects that highlight her strengths. This project has opened doors for our students, giving them the tools and motivation to learn in ways that feel meaningful to them.","fullyFundedDate":1758899064162,"projectUrl":"project/our-robots-need-quiet/9757805/","projectTitle":"Our Robots Need Quiet","teacherDisplayName":"Mr. Samaroo","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp8060196_orig.jpg?crop=2610,2610,x10,y70&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1641348572595","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/samaroo"},{"teacherId":10213246,"projectId":9829592,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for supporting our classroom!
