Several of our children benefit from having snacks available as part of their sensory regulation, routine, or individual needs. Being able to keep items like yogurt, cheese, fruit, and especially their favorite chocolate milk cold and fresh has helped make their day more comfortable and predictable.\r\n\r\nThe refrigerator has also become a wonderful support for teaching daily living skills and functional independence, which are essential parts of our program. Our students love participating in simple cooking and recipe-based activities, and now we can safely store ingredients for lessons such as making sandwiches, fruit parfaits, smoothies, and other classroom recipes.
