Students can listen closely to audio stories, modeled language, and speech activities and then respond to questions or retell what they heard. Being able to listen back to recorded speech also gives students an opportunity to hear their own productions and become more aware of how they are communicating.\r\n\r\nI especially love seeing students who may initially hesitate to answer a question become much more expressive when they have pictures, story pieces, or a familiar narrative to support them.
