It is almost impossible to get copies back in a timely manner, due to large printing orders many teacher put in on a daily basis. As part of the RTI program, I am privileged to provide intervention to students who are at-risk for school failure. As soon I screen these new students I would love to provide them, and their teachers, with materials that they can use to help improve their areas of struggle. In addition, I very frequently incorporate the SmartBoard into my session. My students enjoy it so much they are requesting some of the activities to be printed for them so they continue working on them at home. Throughout the year, we complete numerous projects using Microsoft Office software and SMART Notebook software which require printing. Most of my students come from low income households and do not have printers at home. They complete their assignment and are unable to print to showcase their amazing work.
