My third graders are now surrounded by a variety of engaging books that meet them at their reading level and spark their curiosity. With series like *Dog Man*, *Magic Tree House*, and *I Survived*, students are learning to make predictions, infer character traits, and discuss themes with excitement and confidence. Each story gives us opportunities to practice comprehension skills and deepen our understanding of how readers connect with text.\r\n\r\nReading time in our classroom now feels like an adventure. Students curl up with their chosen books, share recommendations with friends, and participate in lively book talks. They're eager to use new vocabulary in their writing and connect what they read to our lessons and their own lives. Even students who once hesitated to read are now asking, \"Can we have extra reading time today?\"\r\n\r\nOne student who used to struggle to stay focused during independent reading has discovered a love for the *I Survived* series. He proudly tells the class about the historical events he's learned and can't wait to pick up the next book. Stories like his remind me just how powerful access to the right books can be. They eagerly helped unpack the boxes, and their eyes lit up as they explored the new tools for small group learning and hands-on activities. One of the first projects we used them for was our math small groups — students rotated through centers using manipulatives and interactive materials to build their understanding of multiplication. It was amazing to see how engaged and confident they were while working together and applying what they've learned.\r\n\r\nThese resources have made a huge difference in how I can support each student's individual learning needs. My small groups now have everything they need to practice skills in a meaningful, hands-on way. They were full of questions—\"Can it make stickers? Can it cut letters? Can we make things for our class?\" The excitement was immediate!\r\n\r\nWe've already started using the Cricut Joy Xtra to create personalized labels for our classroom library and word wall. Students love seeing their workspaces and materials organized with bright, custom labels—it gives them a sense of pride and ownership over our classroom. One special project we did was designing name tags for student cubbies. Each child chose a color and symbol, and when they saw their finished tag, they beamed with excitement.\r\n\r\nThe Cricut is also helping us connect learning to creativity. For example, during our writing unit, students designed covers for their writing notebooks. This simple project motivated them to write more because the notebooks felt personal and special.\r\n\r\nNext, we plan to use the Cricut to create visuals for our bulletin boards and hands-on vocabulary activities. These projects will not only support academics but also build classroom community. Because of you, we now have the Canon PIXMA TS6420a Wireless All-In-One Inkjet Printer and plenty of ink to keep it running smoothly. This gift has already made such an incredible difference for my students and me, and I am so grateful for your kindness and support.\r\n\r\nBefore this project was funded, our class often faced challenges with printing materials. I had to rely on a shared school printer, which was not always available when I needed it. Sometimes, this meant rearranging or simplifying lessons because I could not provide students with the resources I had carefully planned. Having our own classroom printer, along with the ink to keep it going, has removed that barrier completely. I can now print exactly what my students need, at the moment they need it, without delays or limitations.\r\n\r\nThe ink you provided has been just as important as the printer itself. With extra ink on hand, I don't have to worry about running out in the middle of an important project or lesson. Knowing we have this supply means I can confidently print daily resources, colorful visuals, and student work without hesitation. This has created a sense of freedom in lesson planning—I can truly design learning experiences around what will help my students the most, rather than what I can realistically prepare given limited printing access.\r\n\r\nThe benefits for my students have been immediate. I now print differentiated materials to meet each child at their level. Some students need extra practice in reading or math, while others are ready for enrichment and challenges. With the printer and ink, I can provide both quickly and consistently. This ensures that every student feels supported and is working on materials that are meaningful for them.\r\n\r\nAnother wonderful benefit has been the ability to print in color. Young learners are naturally drawn to visuals, and colorful anchor charts, vocabulary cards, and games make lessons more engaging. The ink allows me to bring those materials to life. For example, I recently printed a set of math games in full color, and my students were so excited to use them during centers. Their energy and enthusiasm reminded me just how powerful visual learning can be when students have high-quality resources in front of them.\r\n\r\nThe printer and ink also allow me to celebrate student success in a special way. I can now print certificates, photos of projects, and even copies of student writing to send home to families. One student proudly shared her printed certificate for mastering a new reading level with her parents, who later told me how much it motivated her to keep going. Small moments like these build confidence and pride in students, and it warms my heart to be able to give them something tangible that acknowledges their achievements.\r\n\r\nThe wireless feature of the printer makes the process even more efficient. I can print directly from my laptop or phone, saving valuable instructional time. The ink ensures that each page prints clearly and beautifully, whether it is a practice worksheet, a set of flashcards, or a student project. Together, the printer and ink create a smooth, reliable system that supports daily teaching and learning.\r\n\r\nOn behalf of my students, I want to sincerely thank you for investing in our classroom. Your generosity not only gave us a much-needed tool, but also showed my students that there are caring people who believe in their education and potential. This message of kindness and support is just as impactful as the resources themselves. Because of you, our classroom is more engaging, efficient, and student-centered.\r\n\r\nYour donation is not just helping us today—it will continue to benefit many groups of students in the years to come. Every worksheet, project, certificate, and colorful learning tool we print is made possible because of your generosity.
