Our students and support staff were so excited to receive their new espresso machine. They have been training consistently, and that wear and tear on the machines is a lot, so having a brand new one has been a game-changer! \r\nIn addition to their ongoing training, our PT Cafe team has developed recipes for some winter-inspired drinks, including a peppermint mocha, and they are also working on a hot tea drink that has steamed lemonade. They hope to develop recipes for iced coffee drinks as well, so they can continue to build on their skills. We also hope to expand to include even more students who can train and learn all about these vocational skills! \r\nIn addition to making drinks to order, they have also visited one of our local high school feeder schools, working with their students and staff to showcase their skills.
