Students are more motivated than ever to design, revise, and create because they know they can personalize their work in exciting new ways. The variety of filament colors has encouraged students to think more intentionally about design choices, while the glow filament has added an element of surprise and fun that keeps students engaged throughout the entire process.\r\n\r\nWhen the filament first arrived, students immediately crowded around to look at all the colors and couldn't wait to begin printing. The glow-in-the-dark filament quickly became the class favorite, and students were amazed that something they designed on a computer could become a glowing object they could hold in their hands. These materials have helped make STEM learning more interactive, creative, and meaningful for our students, and we truly appreciate the generosity that made this opportunity possible.","fullyFundedDate":1778172141349,"projectUrl":"project/turning-imagination-into-innovation/10169236/","projectTitle":"Turning Imagination into Innovation","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Closson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7068806_orig.jpg?crop=480,480,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1728918286199","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7068806"},{"teacherId":7068806,"projectId":10034501,"letterContent":"Our new chomp saws have already made a huge impact in the classroom. During Teacher Appreciation Week, students were excited to jump into hands-on projects that allowed them to safely cut cardboard, foam board, and other crafting materials on their own. We recently used the saws during a STEM design challenge where students worked in teams to create prototype structures and moving models. The tools gave them the independence to measure, design, and build with much more precision than before, and it truly boosted their confidence and creativity.\r\n\r\nWhen the students first saw the new materials, their reactions were priceless. Many immediately asked, \"When do we get to use them?\" and were amazed that they could safely use real building tools designed just for classrooms. The excitement in the room was contagious, and even students who are sometimes hesitant to participate became engaged and eager to contribute. These resources have transformed simple classroom activities into meaningful, collaborative learning experiences, and we are so grateful to our donors for making that possible.","fullyFundedDate":1778222456283,"projectUrl":"project/empowering-students-through-safe-making/10034501/","projectTitle":"Empowering Students Through Safe Making","teacherDisplayName":"Mrs. Closson","teacherPhotoUrl":"https://storage.donorschoose.net/dc_prod/images/teacher/profile/orig/tp7068806_orig.jpg?crop=480,480,x0,y0&width=272&height=272&fit=bounds&auto=webp&t=1728918286199","teacherClassroomUrl":"classroom/7068806"},{"teacherId":9488707,"projectId":9302072,"letterContent":"Thank you so much for the awesome Force Scoot and Orbiter toy drones!
