We are wrapping up our first project-Physical Maps of Southwest Asia. I started with a smaller class to see how they would do using all of the materials and they did amazing! Some of these students are repeats from last year and they were very happy to see I have more art supplies for fun projects!\r\n\r\nMoving forward my 6th grade group will soon use the clay and paint to make wigwams, longhouses, and teepees for our Native American unit. I've already hinted at a fun hands on project for them and they can't wait!\r\n\r\nThank you again for making this happen for my students. Because of your kindness, my student athletes received brand-new shin guards, goalie gloves, agility ladders and training set, electronic whistle, a rebound board, ankle weights, and a ball bag — all of which have made a huge difference in our training throughout our season. \r\n\r\nBefore this project, we had limited equipment and now we have so many more necessary resources to train and practice properly. The agility ladders and ankle weights have added a whole new level to our conditioning and footwork drills, and the kick rebound board has become a favorite tool for improving passing and ball control.
