Students sometimes are working for things they may not always get. Having incentives that they can earn and feel proud of their work is important. \r\n\r\nI have implemented paychecks in kinderland. I explain that Ms. Sacco gets paid to do a job, and as students they have a job to do too. We work as a team and its so great for accountability.
