Many of my learners who usually struggle to express themselves were eager to share their ideas simply because the materials made the work accessible and exciting.\r\n\r\nLooking ahead, we're diving into a new unit that strengthens reading comprehension and writing skills. Because of your generous donation, I was able to set up a classroom environment that accommodated the needs of my diverse students. I had a lot of students this year that had multiple sensory issues. We were able to modify instruction with the use of the letter tracing pads for those students and they absolutely loved them.\r\n\r\n The set up of the classroom environment truly sets the stage for learning and there were so many valuable resources that we received through this donation that helped us to achieve this. The letters, double sided tape, laminating sheets, cardstock are just a few of the staple items we received that was so helpful. It is truly a team effort to be able to provide students with the resources that they need to make learning engaging for our students.
