Thanks to your kindness, every student now has their own set of headphones to use during lessons and activities. These headphones are already making a huge difference, helping students stay focused, work independently, and fully engage in their learning. \r\n\r\nYour generosity not only provided a valuable tool but also showed our students that there people who believe in them and want to see them succeed. The most exciting part of these headphones is the microphone, where students get to practice their Spanish skills. The computer hears them and gives them feedback immediately. There are other educational platforms that we use during our learning that helps our students focused better and truly engage on their independent learning. \r\n\r\nOn behalf of all of us in our classroom, thank you for making such a meaningful impact!","fullyFundedDate":1746787172567,"projectUrl":"project/hear-us-out-headphones-for-focus-and-fu/9290232/","projectTitle":"Hear Us Out! They've been such a hit here, especially since a lot of our kids are just starting to get to know Spanish through the bilingual ones. It's been really fun watching them explore the different languages side-by-side and sometimes even fight over them, things that happened in second grade.\r\n\r\nWe've been using them for all sorts of things – helping with lessons and just reading for fun. It's been amazing seeing which stories the kids grab during quiet time and morning work. Some of those books are constantly being picked up! They've definitely found some favorites that they keep coming back to.\r\n\r\nI have used some the books to support my reading curriculum, maybe next time I can choose more books that align better with our program but since I am new in the school it is ok. \r\n \r\nIt's also been really special seeing our Hispanic kids light up when they see books they can actually read in Spanish, I have one child who only reads in Spanish, so those books are his go to. You can just see the pride and excitement on their faces. It means a lot to them to have stories in their own language, and it helps them feel even more connected in the classroom.\r\n\r\nSeriously, thanks a lot for your generosity! These books are making a real difference in so many ways.
