They're not just flipping switches—they're learning how to design lighting cues, adjust sound levels, and understand how mood, timing, and storytelling all work together. These are creative, technical, and collaborative skills that go far beyond the stage.\r\n\r\nThe most exciting part for students? Seeing their vision come to life. When they adjust a light and watch it cast the perfect shadow across the stage—or when their sound cue hits just right in the middle of a dramatic scene—they light up (pun intended!). There's a new sense of ownership and pride in their work, and it's electrifying to witness.\r\n\r\nOne student who was shy about performing found their niche behind the scenes. They've taken a deep interest in sound engineering, learning how to layer background effects and music to support scenes. It's been incredible to see their confidence grow as they find their voice in a different, equally valuable role.\r\n\r\nBecause of you, these students now understand that theatre isn't just acting—it's lighting, sound, vision, timing, and teamwork.
